For 15 lbs of pork, beef or chicken meat:
487 g (2 1/8 cups) brown rice flour
2 cloves garlic
3/8 cups (6 Tbsp) salt
1) Chop the 2 leeks and 2 cloves garlic in food processor
2) Take all ingredients to your favorite butcher shop, pork is our favorite meat for the sausages
3) Grill sausages/brats either in a pan or on your bbq grill
Note: Our kids like to eat the sausages with pear ketchup.
