Family Favorite - Feeding our calm

Servings: 2-3 Person Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 teaspoons sunflower oil

1 tablespoon malt vinegar (might contain gluten) , you can also use apple cider vinegar (higher in salicylates)

 

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

 

1/4 tsp salt

 

Optional: 1 Tbsp syrup from a can of pears
 

Feeding our Calm - Maple Syrup Vinaigret

Combine all the ingredients in a jar or container with a lid and shake well.

 

This recipe makes enough dressing for a 2 - 3 person salad.

My family likes a pear salad. I do about 1/2 a head of iceberg lettuce with sliced leeks, green onions, celery, cubed feta, and diced pear.
