INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup quinoa flour

1⁄2 cup oatmeal

1 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

2 bananas, very ripe ones

2 eggs

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Optional: mini chocolate chips

Banan Quinoa Muffins - Feeding our calm

1) Grind quinoa/oat flour in blender/Thermomix speed 10 for 7 seconds

2) Add the rest of ingredients and blend speed 6 for 7 seconds.

3) Scrape sides of bowl and blend with speed 3 for 20 seconds.

4) Add chocolate chips if desired.

5) Pour batter into 12-15 muffin tins.

6) Bake 18 min at 400F.
